Solana at Duarte Station

Our art program for public and amenity spaces at Solana at Duarte Station, a multi-family, resort living-inspired apartment community at the foot of the stunning San Gabriel Mountains outside of Los Angeles, is a reminder of how intentional art curation can shape the lived experience of residential environments. The fully custom-designed art program was created using a variety of organic materials, with themes related to indigenous culture, local flora/fauna, and geography. Abstract works anchor shared public and amenity spaces, bringing warmth, depth, and a sense of calm to spaces designed for everyday living and connection.

In residential settings, curated art does more than decorate—it helps define identity, support wellbeing, and create spaces that feel grounded, human, and genuinely lived-in.
